Meet Our Team
Sue worked in the business world prior to switching to the public sector and qualifying firstly as a Youth Worker, Connexions Adviser and then gaining the industry recognised NVQ6 in Careers Guidance to being a full time Careers Adviser.
Sue has over 20 years experience in working to improve relationships between education and the business world to ensure young people can access the best possible opportunities, as well as extensive work with all education and training providers, including a period working exclusively within the charity sector with hard to reach 16-18 year old NEETs.
‘I feel very privileged to meet with young people at often pivotal moments in their lives and help them to navigate through to the best possible outcome. You can’t underestimate the power of listening and guiding; it is potentially the first time a young person has been truly able to articulate themselves and have some say in their future’.
